The POD LITE is a rear-only, unpainted, marine grade birch ply ROCKR. The bottom of the POD LITE utilizes 3 counter sunk, identically contoured ROCKR FINS that allow your indoor trainer to mimic the side-to-side movement we naturally encounter when riding outside. The top of the POD LITE utilizes 12 attachment slots to ensure compatibility of any indoor trainer on the market, plus drilled holes for adding c-clamp attachments for KICKR & KICKR CORE. Turn your indoor trainer into the most authentic indoor cycling experience imaginable with the SBR ROCKR POD LITE.
Attaching your trainer to the POD LITE
While your POD LITE comes FULLY assembled, all trainer attachment hardware and suspension balls must be ordered separately. The POD LITE is 36.5" wide x 30.5" deep. For suspension balls we recommend 2 of our ROCKR BALANCE PODS or 2 ofour 5" ROCKR SUSPENSION BALLS.
